Gears of Wars
OK... DOA is on Xbox 360 is crap and FIFA 07 isn't that great...so I sort of wasted money...well then... being really bored.. I went to Tiong Bahru today to buy this new game called "Gears of wars"... It's a first person shooter game and apparently, my name is Marcus Fenix and I was imprisoned by the Coalition for defying military orders... fast forward 10 years and the World is now attacked by creatures(aliens i think..slugs...).The Coalition is desperate for soldiers and I was freed to fight for them...hmm.. pretty good game la... So Vince Lee gives it a 2 thumbs up(
trying to act Pro Gamer).So all you xbox fans out there, this game is really worth your time and money.
Ah.... its 12.19 am now... and I still have work tmrr in SCDF...24 more working days and I am free... and when I do ORD, I will be missing serving the nation so much that eventually I will return and sign on as clerk...as if! Can't wait to leave.
X-box 360
OK.. i just bought X-box 360 today... thought it was a pretty good deal... they offered me 1 free controller and 1 free dead or alive game for $699... not sure if I should have waited for PS3 instead but when I enquired about the PS3 price yesterday..the salesman told me it costs $1800... a hefty $1800.... what the... I mean.. it is nearly 3 times more expensive than xbox360.. wonder any of you hardcore gamer is willing to fork out such an amount for a gaming console... I wouldn't.. at least not for now...It's interesting to note that despite the ridiculously exorbitant price, the PS3 is taking Japan and US by storm....hmm.. looks like gaming is fast becoming a culture in many countries now... oh well.. the Man Utd vs Chelsea match is starting.... Man Utd will win.. and Carrick will score a

I can't play dota on my computer anymore... evertime I play, it hangs after a while...think there is something wrong with my computer...gotta think so something to occupy myself during this period... anyone with good suggestions.. do tell me pls... maybe I should just buy PS3.. but I doubt so since it was recently just released,it will definately by super expensive....guess i got to wait till another year then...
oh well.. oh well..
Today is my second day in sg and I am starting to feel bored already... all my NUS/NTU friends are gonna have exams soon so I guess I will be pretty bored during this period...unless I crash their lectures... hmm..anyway.. SG is still pretty much the same since I left.DOTAs, movies,Pool.. shopping in Orchard...Man.. what else can we do in SG man?Hopefully, SG will have a 24hr entertainment center one day....with roller coaster rides in it and stuffs like that..that will be cool.
so what shall we talk abt now?Movies? Ok..good one.. we shall talk about movies then. Just watched the covenant recently(recommended by Fiq) and it was really crap... story line is lame... plot sucks.. it seemed like the US version of Dragon Ball.. watched a couple of good/not bad movies recently...such as the departed, mindhunters,hart's war and the skeleton key...yeah...
Next topic? soccer? OK... yeah.. Man Utd lost... but its ok.. its only the league cup... hopefully man utd will win the premiership this season... but I got a feeling that they might not win in this season...oh well....

After exams period is boring.
It has only been 2 days since I finished my exams and I am starting to feel bored... lots of things to settle before I go back to motherland.. gotta settle my next year accommodation and find a place to put my stuffs.... man.... Anyone got any suggestions as to what I can do to kill time?
